1970, Isle of Wight Festival.In August 1970 I was in London, working on the Black Panthers, the skin heads and the gentlemen in the City still wearing top hats and bowlers. Then I read that a music festival was going to take place in the Isle of Wight and there I went. I could not know, at that time, that it would be the last great youth gathering of the Sixties. I didn't care about the artists - almost all very famous - and everything that went on the stage, but I did concentrate my work[.
